As a boutique firm, each of our clients is our most important client. We are relationship oriented, not transaction oriented. You are not just another "deal;" we are partners in meeting your business objectives where they intersect with real estate.

Tenant & Buyer Representation: Your interest as a tenant or buyer is our sole interest. Our experience, however, includes property ownership, management and landlord leasing so we understand landlords' positions, having literally "walked in their shoes." A common tenant representative marketing claim is "We don't represent landlords!" which sounds good, but could also declare a lesser knowledge of landlords' positions which may not to be to your advantage. It's no accident that a loudly declaimed asset of many taxpayer representatives is "Formerly with the IRS!" This addtional Landlord awareness is also different from the "Big Company" offering tenant representation while at the same time representing many landlords in the same market... perhaps even the landlord for your favored property.
Landlord & Seller Representation: We represent landlords in selling their properties and with asset or property management consulting. We don't ordinarily do property leasing. If you employ a property manager, managing your manager is an essential element of operating your property as your interests and theirs tend to diverge over time, sometimes quickly. We may lease property if we are ownership principals or the owner is a highly valued client and wants us to.
Corporate Real Estate Consulting: Your company's needs may have changed and your facilities need a productivity update, or you may have low book value but high market value real estate assets on your balance sheet not earning the returns they should, which may even make you a takeover target. Perhaps a sale and relocation to leased space or a Sale/Leaseback will free up cash for more productive use in your business. Evaluating your real estate in context with your business plan and expected ROI is an important regular "check up" issue.
Investment Properties: We can help whether buying, selling or exchanging. We may also partner with another professional if your property type or geographic target is outside our direct expertise.
